Browsing and Editing

WB Editor 3.0 works as a tabbed broswer. Once navigated to a blog post page. It can detect the blog service and the blog post ID, so that user can set WB Editor 3.0 to editing mode.
The “Edit” button on the right top side of the tool bar is enabled. After clicked the button, WB Editor 3 turns into editing mode.
